Home Plate is licensed, not sold, under Apple's standard licence for App Store apps.

The agreement that governs your use of these apps is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
We have not written our own terms in place of it. Downloading or using the app means you accept that agreement, and it is the same one the App Store shows you.
A few things worth saying plainly
- Meal plans and nutrition numbers are estimates. They are generated automatically, including by AI, and can be wrong. They are not medical or dietary advice.
- Check your own allergies. The apps try hard to keep an allergen off your plate, but you are responsible for confirming that a meal is safe for the people eating it.
- You own what you write. Your meals, notes and lists are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so the apps can work for you and your household.
- Household data is shared. Anyone in your household can see what you log. Add people accordingly.
